In 2015 Alan Byrne and Louise Cannon created the world's first podcast designed solely to entertain one person: their friend Michael.

 

They soon realised it would be even more entertaining if they distributed the podcast to his friends and family, but intentionally kept it a secret from him for as long as possible. The podcast remained a secret for almost a year before a careless individual accidentally revealed the conspiracy to Michael. The archives have finally been released to the Irish Public. Rumors of a subsequent splinter podcast are unfounded.
